Description
KPI Solutions is hiring an on-shore Workflow Architect to own the architecture and roadmap for workflow orchestration across its Opto WES platform. The role leads workflow modeling, migration, engine strategy, no-code process design, and architectural governance; provides day-to-day technical leadership to the CapBPM engineering team; and coordinates workflow dependencies with product, project delivery, and DevSecOps teams. The position requires at least 8 years of software engineering experience, strong workflow/BPM and backend engineering expertise, and experience leading distributed or vendor-staffed engineering teams.
