Microsoft is hiring a Sr. Procurement Operations Manager for Supplier Management to serve as the accountable program manager and subject matter expert for the Procurement Supplier Performance Scorecard. The role leads program strategy, planning, execution, automation, roadmap development, stakeholder enablement, and continuous improvement across supplier performance, Source-to-Pay workflows, data, contracts, risk, compliance, and enterprise technology. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least four years of program management, process management, or process improvement experience, with ongoing applications accepted until the position is filled.
