Description
The Business Program Manager will serve as the primary customer liaison throughout the program lifecycle, coordinating RFQ activities, managing customer relationships and escalations, tracking milestones and risks, and driving cross-functional execution across Sales, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and Finance. The role requires a bachelor's degree, at least five years of relevant program or business operations experience, experience in a contract-manufacturing environment, strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. The position is based in Santa Clara, California, with a pay range of $100,000 to $125,000.
