BAE Systems is hiring a Business Readiness Project Manager to lead business readiness activities for the Ad Astra finance transformation programme. The role manages readiness plans, risks, dependencies, workstream plans, resources, governance, and stakeholder engagement across multiple business areas, supporting teams and processes in adopting new finance technology and ways of working. It is based across UK sites with national travel and offers hybrid and flexible working arrangements.
