ADT is hiring a Small Business Sales Advisor to sell and customize security, automation, and life-safety solutions for small business customers. The role involves visiting customers, building trust, recommending tailored products, conducting post-installation follow-ups, and generating new territory leads. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, willingness to travel within a designated territory using their own vehicle, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. Consumer sales experience is preferred but not required. Compensation includes uncapped commissions, with new sales advisors expected to earn $85,000 and experienced advisors over $150,000, plus training pay, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and other benefits.
