Netcracker is hiring a Business Solution Architect to define and govern end-to-end solution architecture for its telecommunications software offerings and advise telecom operator clients on architecture modernization, cloud adoption, OSS/BSS strategy, and complex system integration. The role serves as a senior technical authority, establishes architecture standards and reference designs, supports customer engagements, and communicates architectural intent and business value to executive, technical, and commercial audiences. It requires 12+ years of software architecture experience, significant telecommunications experience, expertise in cloud-native architectures, APIs, microservices, legacy modernization, and telco standards, along with a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
