Blue Sky Group is hiring a Business Solutions Analyst Front-End to develop, maintain, and improve front-end applications for client websites and participant portals using OutSystems and Microsoft Dynamics. The role translates business requirements into functional solutions, creates user stories and prototypes, supports releases and quality, troubleshoots incidents, manages change requests, and collaborates with business, UX/UI, and development teams. It requires at least HBO-level working ability, preferably at least two years of Business Analyst experience, strong analytical and communication skills, Dutch and English proficiency, and familiarity with Agile methodologies. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement and a monthly salary of €4,400–€5,500 based on 40 hours.
