World Courier is hiring a Business Solutions Analyst within its Global Data and Technology Solutions organization to translate ambiguous business needs into structured, decision-ready requirements and user-centered solutions. The role partners with business, product, architecture, engineering, and delivery teams to gather requirements, define business processes, create wireframes and prototypes, support agile backlog refinement, and use AI-enabled tools to improve analysis and delivery. It requires experience in complex, technology-driven business analysis, requirements management, process modeling, and cross-functional delivery, with logistics, supply chain, or regulated-industry experience advantageous. The position is full time and offers flexible and hybrid working arrangements.
