Description
The Commercial Card and Merchant Onboarding Specialist will engage corporate clients, understand their payment-service needs, and manage end-to-end commercial-card and merchant onboarding. The role also handles client inquiries and investigations, monitors sales referrals and onboarding progress, verifies documents and system records, supports the sales team, and participates in ad hoc projects. Candidates should have a diploma or graduate-level qualification, strong communication and interpersonal skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to work independently after training.
