NXP is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented PLM Operations Support Analyst in Malaysia to provide operational support for the Aras PLM system and related enterprise applications. The role focuses on troubleshooting user issues, master data governance, business process analysis and continuous improvement, requirements gathering, system enhancements and change management, testing and UAT, documentation, training, and stakeholder coordination across global business, engineering, supply chain, product management, and IT teams in a semiconductor environment. It is suited to recent graduates and junior professionals with a relevant bachelor's degree.
