Description
SMU is hiring an on-campus, in-person Registrar Support Specialist to support student athletes’ academic certification, degree-program modules, ad hoc data queries, and Release of Education Records in the Student Administrative System (my.SMU). The role interprets NCAA and ACC eligibility rules, maintains academic progress and APP data, supports academic advising and degree-planning systems, troubleshoots my.SMU and NCAA issues, and provides training. A bachelor’s degree and at least three years of computer-related work experience are required; higher-education, PeopleSoft, and student-athlete certification experience are preferred. The position may require occasional evening or weekend hours, and applications were accepted through October 8, 2026.
