Business Systems Administrator at Hunt St

Hunt St is recruiting a Philippines-based Business Systems Administrator for direct engagement by an Australian construction and property services client. The independent contractor will remotely lead the client-side Ascora implementation, including data migration, configuration, workflow setup, testing, documentation, training, go-live, and post-implementation support. The role will then provide ongoing systems administration and process improvement across CRM, file management, HR/WHS, website, marketing, and related business systems, including automation and integrations. Candidates need at least four years of relevant experience, strong stakeholder and delivery skills, and familiarity with tools such as Ascora, APIs, Zapier, Make, Power Automate, Xero, CRM platforms, or Microsoft Project.
