Description
The Product Owner / Senior Business Systems Analyst will lead complex enterprise observability initiatives involving monitoring, alerting, visualization, operational insights, and technology modernization. The role partners with business, engineering, architecture, operations, and support teams to define requirements, prioritize product backlogs, manage initiatives, facilitate decision-making, and deliver scalable solutions through discovery, implementation, testing, production support, and continuous improvement. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and at least 8 years of experience in a product ownership, business systems analysis, product analysis, technical analysis, or similar role.
