Adobe is hiring an M&A IT Business Analyst to support IT activities across the mergers and acquisitions lifecycle, including due diligence, pre-close planning, Day 1 readiness, and post-close integration. The role partners with cross-functional teams to gather and validate business and technical requirements, analyze processes and systems, translate needs into requirements and work plans, track integration milestones and risks, support systems assessments and readiness activities, and maintain integration playbooks and reporting tools. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, at least three years of relevant experience, familiarity with enterprise systems and cloud technologies, and strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder-communication skills. The U.S. pay range is $87,500 to $167,250 annually.
