The Business Systems Analyst will lead end-to-end enterprise system initiatives across CRM, ERP, and operational platforms, translating business requirements into functional specifications, process flows, and user stories while managing scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication. The role partners with business, engineering, data, and vendor teams on integrations, data flows, process automation, testing, training, adoption, and post-launch improvements, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, SAP ERP, and scalable system solutions. The position is onsite in Pasadena, California, pays $90,000 to $110,000, and requires a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of relevant experience, and bilingual English and Chinese (Mandarin) proficiency.
