The role combines systems analysis, technical support, troubleshooting, user communication, technical writing, documentation, and guidance of junior team members. It requires an active NSA TS/SCI with Polygraph, a high school diploma or equivalent, an associate’s degree in a technical discipline or four years of additional relevant experience, at least five years of technical writing experience, and at least three years of hands-on experience with AEA or Intelligence Community tools.
