Google is hiring a full-time Business Systems Analyst to own the project lifecycle from conception through launch, translate business needs into technical specifications, design scalable solutions, and collaborate with engineering teams to build, deploy, and support reliable systems. The role also involves defining feature designs, improving application reliability and efficiency, and developing strategic roadmaps. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree plus five years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree plus three years of experience, along with three years of experience in systems design, enterprise strategy, SDLC, business process analysis, and KPI analysis.
