Nova 401(k) Associates is hiring a fully remote Business Systems Analyst (Product Manager) for its Automation Department. The role bridges retirement-plan administration, compliance, client services, and development teams by translating business needs into requirements, specifications, workflows, and acceptance criteria; mapping and automating processes; validating solutions; supporting change management; and monitoring deployed automations. Candidates need at least 10 years of retirement industry experience, including 3+ years as a business analyst, a bachelor’s degree, and strong knowledge of retirement plans, ERISA, recordkeeping, and process analysis. The position offers a 37.5-hour work week, medical, dental, disability, and life insurance, a 401(k) plan, and a base salary of $100,000–$140,000.
