Williams International is hiring a Business Systems Analyst to work within its DevOps organization, partnering with business-unit subject-matter experts to capture requirements, map processes, translate needs into functional specifications, support CI/CD and iterative development, oversee project delivery, validate applications, and manage change. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, at least three years of relevant experience, knowledge of business practices in a functional area, DevOps collaboration, project-management tool proficiency, and U.S. citizenship; it is 100% onsite and may require a U.S. Government security clearance.
