SmartDev is hiring a Systems Analyst to act as a no-code Creatio configurator for enterprise banking CRM programmes. The role builds sections, objects, reference data, business processes, Freedom UI screens, dashboards, access rights, and reports; participates in fit-gap workshops and client demos; and supports SIT and UAT. Candidates need 3–5 years of systems or business analyst experience on enterprise implementations, strong BPMN and relational data-modelling skills, hands-on low-code or CRM/BPM configuration experience, client-facing experience, and B2 English. The position offers a funded Creatio Academy certification, hybrid working, healthcare, and a growth path toward senior analyst or low-code solution architect.
