The role covers stakeholder workshops, process modeling, D365 F&O and Microsoft platform fit-gap analysis, requirements and functional design, test design, data and reporting definition, documentation, training, and post-deployment validation. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least four years of business or business systems analysis experience, strong process-modeling and data-literacy skills, and business acumen. The position is fully remote for candidates anywhere in the United States, with occasional travel to Hermanson’s Kent, Washington headquarters, and pays $105,000 to $140,000.
