Description
Checkr is hiring a Revenue Operations Engineer to build and scale agentic workflows and AI-powered automation for its sales and go-to-market teams. The role combines hands-on technical development with GTM domain knowledge, including pipeline generation, account research, experimentation, complex infrastructure builds, workflow governance, and liaison work between business and technical stakeholders. Candidates need at least three years of production automation or AI workflow experience, proficiency with Salesforce and other revenue tools, knowledge of LLMs and agent design, and SQL and scripting skills. The role is based in Denver, San Francisco, Nashville, or Santiago, with an in-office expectation of three or more days per week.
