As a Business Systems Analyst Senior at PNC, you will act as a liaison between marketing/business units and engineering, ensuring solutions align with customer engagement, campaign execution, and data-driven decision-making. You'll partner with cross-functional teams like Marketing, Product, Analytics, and Tech to drive alignment on scope, priorities, and outcomes. Your role involves translating business needs into system capabilities using platforms such as SFMC, AJO, Pega, and MDL, supporting design discussions, and defining business requirements/user stories. Additionally, you will direct business process improvement projects aimed at enhancing business results.
