Orenda is hiring a full-time Business Systems Engineer to own and scale the company’s business systems, including a distributed energy resource source-of-truth database, Salesforce and construction management platforms, an ERP implementation, integrations, data models, processes, and AI-driven automation. The role requires at least four years of experience building business-critical platforms and two years as a primary business systems owner, with hands-on Salesforce, Python, relational data modeling, and integration experience. It is an in-office position in Brooklyn, New York, with a base salary of $100,000 to $175,000 per year and health, dental, and vision insurance.
