The role owns requirements, solution design, testing, launch, and continuous improvement for IT self-service features, translating business needs into functional and technical artifacts and partnering with Product, Engineering, and other technology teams. Candidates need at least seven years of experience in business systems analysis, technical product delivery, systems engineering, solution design, IT consulting, product operations, or a related technology role, plus two years of experience delivering AI-enabled or conversational experiences in an enterprise environment. The role is based remotely in the United States, with a preference for candidates located in the San Francisco Bay Area, and offers a base pay range of $123,000 to $145,000 USD.
