Description
The Business Systems Development Manager leads and develops a distributed team of approximately eight business systems developers across the United States, Canada, and Asia. The role combines hands-on technical work in Salesforce, NetSuite, MuleSoft, database administration, and data platforms with people leadership, hiring, mentoring, performance management, roadmap ownership, and stakeholder collaboration. The manager will establish technical standards, grow capabilities in integration, data platforms, and database administration, and improve system reliability through automation and process improvement.
