Neat is hiring a Business Systems Manager to own the intake and prioritization of business-systems requests, lead agile delivery, establish DevOps and release infrastructure, and manage data quality across Salesforce, NetSuite, Celigo, and related integrations. The role partners with business-systems software engineers and platform administrators to translate operational needs into structured specifications, validate architecture and data flows, and support production releases while contributing to the company’s technology roadmap. The position is ideally based onsite in Cambridge, United Kingdom, or on the East Coast of the United States, with a remote option available; the disclosed US salary range is $120,000–$160,000.
