Description
MFS is hiring a Business Systems Senior Analyst for its System and Platform Support team. The role provides Level 1–2 application and production support for Distribution platforms including SS&C SalesConnect, Varicent/ICM, MDM, and Salesforce; monitors data deliveries, performs reconciliations and data-quality checks, translates business needs into functional specifications, coordinates with technology and vendors, documents runbooks, supports releases and disaster recovery, and mentors junior support staff. The position requires 3–5 years of financial-services experience, SQL and ETL/reconciliation knowledge, ITIL-aligned support practices, strong troubleshooting and communication skills, and weekend on-call participation. MFS offers a hybrid work environment and a base salary of $70,000–$101,000.
