Apple is hiring a Carrier Field Engineering Manager to lead a team of Field Engineers supporting major United States carrier partners and their enterprise customers. The role focuses on removing technical barriers, accelerating Apple platform adoption, improving customer readiness and operations, and driving business transformation through complex technical and business initiatives. The manager will partner with internal and carrier stakeholders, communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences, mentor team members, and identify emerging wireless industry trends. The position requires approximately seven years of experience leading technical, solutions-oriented teams, extensive mobile and carrier technology experience, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
