Description
The Business Technology Partner serves as an internal business consultant and strategic advisor to business leaders, translating strategy into measurable transformation outcomes. The role leads discovery and workshops, applies Lean, Six Sigma, root-cause analysis, and structured problem-solving, develops business capability roadmaps, aligns stakeholders, and connects business priorities to applications, data, automation, AI, and other technology capabilities. It requires at least eight years of progressive experience in business transformation, consulting, capability planning, or technology-enabled change, along with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
