Brock Grain Systems is hiring a Business Unit Controller in Milford, Indiana. The role partners with the Business Unit General Manager to align financial and operational objectives, lead financial planning, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, controls, compliance, audits, inventory reconciliation, and strategic project analysis. It also leads and develops shared-services and finance staff, trains non-financial employees, supports pricing decisions tied to commodity costs, and requires advanced Excel and ERP skills. The position is primarily on-site with approximately 15% travel to company facilities.
