Description
Cabify is hiring a permanent General Manager to lead its external fleet ecosystem in Spain. The role will run the business as if it were its own, manage a P&L with a target of more than €500M in annual revenue over two years, build and scale a hybrid commercial and operations team, develop strategic fleet-operator partnerships, modernize the relationship model, and drive technology and automation. The position reports to the head of European operations, requires at least seven years of experience leading a business unit, country, franchise, or own P&L, and offers flexible hours, training, health insurance, childcare support, and other benefits.
