NeXtWind is hiring an Onshore Wind Project Manager to independently manage planning, permitting, and development activities for onshore wind projects until required approvals are obtained. The role coordinates internal and external stakeholders, oversees assigned business units, monitors schedules, budgets, and targets, identifies risks, reports progress, and contributes to process and standard development. Applicants need a relevant degree, initial experience in onshore wind project management or leadership, knowledge of land-use planning and wind-park permitting, and strong communication and negotiation skills.
