Description
The Busser clears tables and removes dirty dishes after customers leave, sanitizes tables and chairs, assists dishwashers, keeps the kitchen trash area clean, and empties the trash bin at the end of the shift. The role requires independent work, good attendance and punctuality, professional conduct, the ability to handle multiple duties, and physical work involving standing, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds with assistance, and exposure to caustic chemicals.
