Description
The Butler will manage the complete luxury guest journey for Paiza Collection guests at Marina Bay Sands, from pre-arrival arrangements through departure and farewell. The role coordinates check-in, in-room dining, transportation, special requests, celebrations, security, and post-departure services; communicates with guests and floor butlers; maintains guest profiles and operational systems; and supports service excellence, safety, and administrative duties. The position is based at Perennial Business City in Jurong East, Singapore, requires at least one year of relevant experience, and involves flexible shift rotation.
