Description
The Butler/Estate Interior Manager oversees the daily household operations of a large Palm Beach family estate and secondary seasonal properties, supervising domestic staff and delivering personalized service to property owners and guests. The role includes formal and casual dining, event planning, travel logistics, inventory management, staff training, service standards, and coordination of vendors and household protocols. It requires at least five years of experience in ultra-high-net-worth private service or luxury hospitality, strong hospitality and etiquette skills, and the ability to work extended hours, weekends, holidays, and travel between residences.
