Description
The Buyer manages site-level procurement operations, ensuring timely availability of materials, equipment, and services for production and business operations while meeting cost, quality, delivery, and compliance goals. Responsibilities include processing purchase orders, managing supplier on-time delivery, reducing shortages and disruptions, optimizing inventory, maintaining procurement compliance and contract utilization, and achieving local cost savings. The role requires 2–5 years of procurement or supply chain experience in manufacturing, ERP experience, strong Excel and data analysis skills, and knowledge of supply chain, inventory, and manufacturing processes.
