Description
The client is hiring a Level 3 Indirect Buyer (Contractor) to manage end-to-end procurement of indirect materials and services, including standard COTS products, engineering technology and information technology hardware, and aerospace-related goods and services. The role covers sourcing, supplier evaluation, RFQ/RFP and bid analysis, purchase order processing, supplier and stakeholder management, negotiation, compliance, and procurement documentation. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of procurement or purchasing experience, COTS and IT/technology hardware procurement experience, strong negotiation and supplier-management skills, and proficiency with ERP or procurement systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Coupa. The position pays $51.93 per hour and does not include paid time off benefits.
