AYBL is hiring a Buyer to lead the end-to-end buying process for Men’s and Women’s activewear. The role covers range planning, product and packaging approvals, supplier relationships and negotiations, budget and profitability management, trend analysis, and collaboration with Design, Merchandising, Marketing, Sourcing, and Technology. Candidates need at least five years of fashion or clothing buying experience, strong commercial and analytical skills, knowledge of global sourcing, and proficiency with Excel and buying or planning systems. The position is based in Redditch, South Birmingham, with flexible working and a 35-hour work week.
