Emerson is hiring a Buyer to establish supplier relationships and manage purchasing for new products, production transfers, and supply chain continuity. The role covers supplier onboarding, pricing and minimum-order definitions, sample and component procurement, ERP data maintenance, material shortage resolution, phase-in and phase-out coordination, supplier performance analysis, inventory optimization, and cross-functional supply chain improvement. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least two years of purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment, ERP/MRP knowledge, and strong negotiation, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
