Description
The Buyer procures materials for custom sales orders and forecast orders, coordinates quotations and lead times, reviews incoming materials against manufacturing schedules, resolves inventory and material shortages, analyzes supply and demand, manages vendor performance, supports supplier development, and collaborates with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Planning, Quality, and New Product Introduction teams. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in manufacturing supply chain or a related field, 3–5 years of progressively increasing purchasing, planning, and inventory-control experience in a lean manufacturing environment, advanced Excel and data-analysis skills, and strong collaboration and communication abilities. The position offers a salary range of 61,500.00–102,700.00 in local currency and may include bonus eligibility.
