Molex is hiring a Senior Buyer in El Salto, Jalisco to manage supplier execution, purchase orders, material availability, supplier performance, inventory targets, and cost competitiveness for direct and indirect materials in an automotive manufacturing environment. The role coordinates with planning, customer service, logistics, warehouse, engineering, quality, finance, and operations; supports inventory optimization, supplier development, cost reduction, new product introductions, and compliance with purchasing policies. A bachelor’s degree, three years of purchasing or supplier-management experience, manufacturing or automotive experience, SAP, Excel, analytical, and English skills are required.
