Description
The Buyer will manage purchasing activities, develop supplier relationships, source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and oversee procurement from requisition through purchase order and delivery. The role also monitors inventory, analyzes market trends and supplier performance, collaborates with cross-functional teams, prepares purchasing reports, and ensures compliance with procurement policies. It requires 3–5 years of procurement or purchasing experience, preferably in agricultural manufacturing, along with strong communication, organizational, and computer skills.
