Venus Aerospace is hiring an on-site Buyer in Houston, Texas, to execute purchase orders and source machined parts and raw materials for rocket engine and propulsion programs. The role partners with Engineering from early R&D through production, evaluates suppliers, manages RFQs and pricing, ensures timely deliveries, maintains purchasing data, and negotiates supplier terms. Candidates need at least five years of procurement experience, including three years in aerospace or manufacturing, along with knowledge of machining processes, engineering drawings, CAD models, and supplier negotiation.
