Weir is hiring a Buyer (Direct Materials) in Dilovası, Kocaeli, in a hybrid role. The position supports category buyers with sourcing activities such as RFQs, supplier comparisons, pricing and contract administration; coordinates with suppliers and internal teams on delivery, quality, and invoice matters; maintains procurement data and documentation in SAP, Coupa, and other systems; supports compliance, spend reporting, stakeholder queries, and continuous procurement learning. The role requires 1–3 years of procurement or supply chain experience, a bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or a related discipline, fluent English, and strong communication, planning, organization, and attention to detail.
