Description
The Buyer II manages procurement and program administration for assigned national goods and service contracts, serving as the firm’s liaison to suppliers and internal stakeholders. Responsibilities include sourcing analysis, supplier relationship management, contract negotiation and administration, RFP/RFx processes, savings tracking, invoice and contract compliance, order placement, and support for procurement initiatives. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least three years of purchasing or procurement experience, or a high school diploma/GED with five years of experience; preferred qualifications include professional-services-industry experience, Oracle or similar ERP experience, and contract-negotiation experience. The national salary range is $58,000–$65,000.
