Description
NEXCOM is hiring a Buyer to lead merchandise strategy, vendor partnerships, sourcing, inventory planning, and sales and profitability goals for assigned retail categories. The role supervises Assistant Buyers and Merchandisers, negotiates vendor terms, manages assortments and replenishment, develops marketing and visual merchandising plans, analyzes financial performance, and conducts store visits. It requires either three years of general merchandising or procurement experience or an equivalent education and experience combination.
