Description
The Buyer will source cattle, lambs, and pork for Myton Food Group, maintaining supplier relationships, securing livestock at planned prices, delivering stock to plan, managing stakeholder and external sales relationships, and achieving livestock KPIs. The role also directly manages two team members and requires livestock or buying experience, negotiation and category-strategy skills, supplier and customer relationship management, Excel and computer-programme proficiency, and strong communication.
