Description
The BWS Operator supports production targets by configuring and operating winding machines, setting CNC parameters, loading materials, monitoring machine performance, inspecting finished products, performing routine maintenance, and resolving common machine issues. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of manufacturing experience or relevant vocational/technical training, U.S. work authorization, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a manufacturing environment. The work model is onsite.
