Description
CAE is hiring a C-130/L-382 Aircraft Aircrew and Maintenance Instructor to plan and deliver classroom, fuselage-trainer, flight-simulator, and practical instruction on aircraft cargo handling, airdrop operations, crew resource management, night-vision-goggle systems, weight-and-balance computations, and loadmaster procedures. The role develops curriculum and courseware, evaluates students, coordinates simulator training, and requires a minimum of seven years of loadmaster experience, three years of C-130/L-382 aircraft loadmaster-instructor experience, 2,000 hours of C-130/L-382 loadmaster flight time, and prior curriculum-development experience. The position is on-call and fixed-term, operates in office, classroom, and simulator environments, and requires U.S. citizenship and eligibility for a DoD personal security clearance.
